Wendy Elisheva Somerson
Holy Embodiment Through Centering
(Recorded)
In this workshop, participants will learn the centering practice, one of the foundational practices in somatics that allows us to become more aligned with our purpose/kavanah as embodied and spiritual beings. We will frame the practice inside of understanding both body-based healing and how centering can relate to Jewish prayer.
Wendy Elisheva Somerson is a healer, artist, writer, and one of the founding members of the Seattle chapter of Jewish Voice for Peace. They have been a practitioner of body-based healing for eight years, and are currently running Ruach, anti-Zionist embodied Jewish healing groups.
